PARTICULAR SPECIALTIES

To get the best out of my patients I use a wide variety of techniques such as joint manipulation, massage, dry needling, taping and exercise rehabilitation. Educating patients about posture, exercise, healthy eating and quality sleep is a big part of my treatment. I have a keen interest in running injuries and helping people to run efficiently and injury free.

WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO?

I get to see, first hand, the positive impact of chiropractic treatment on my patients. From helping someone reach their athletic potential, getting someone back on track after a work injury or helping a 90 year old patient get up and go for a walk, the opportunities are endless and the results can be profound.

I truly love coming in to Gymea Allied Health every day. We have a first class staff who achieve brilliant results with their patients on a daily basis. It’s a pleasure to ‘work’ here.

WHAT I DO WHEN I'M NOT WORKING?

I try to practice what I preach and keep as active as possible. I love running, particularly ultramarathon distance. When I get a chance I cycle, rock climb, paddle and play guitar. I’m into playing “Big Red Car” with my daughter Evie and sharing a glass of wine with my beautiful wife Beck.
