My approach to treatment utilizes corrective chiropractic manipulation and mobilisations (hands on), soft tissue techniques, dry needling, postural training stretching and rehabilitation techniques for performance, pain management, optimal body awareness and to enhance ones health.
WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO?
I am passionate about spinal health and how posture impacts on work, sleep, function and performance. Chiropractic has a huge role in the health system in solving biomechanical dysfunctions in corrective and preventative care. I enjoy analysing and constantly learning about the machine that is our body and utilising a multimodal approach to address pain, mobility and functional deficits or disruptions in performance.

WHAT I DO WHEN I'M NOT WORKING?
When I am not working, you will find me keeping myself busy with family and trying to stay outdoors as much as possible. I enjoy being at the beach or nearby parks with family. I play and coach social netball and with any down time will lose myself in a good book! I also enjoy volunteering at the Children’s Hospital.
