Andrea obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic in 2006 from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Canada. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of New Brunswick, also in Canada.
My approach to treatment utilizes corrective chiropractic manipulation and mobilisations (hands on), soft tissue techniques, dry needling, postural training stretching and rehabilitation techniques for performance, pain management, optimal body awareness and to enhance ones health.
WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO?
Andrea truly believes that movement is medicine. Her assessment and treatment approach is very movement and exercise based but she also incorporates soft tissue therapy, dry needling and joint mobilisation as required.
WHAT I DO WHEN I'M NOT WORKING?
Andrea is also an avid competitive masters rower for St. George Rowing Club, Strong First kettlebell instructor, strength and conditioning coach and mother.
